From early childhood, my father modeled pure-living and self-sustaining practices such as growing our own organic produce even under fairly limited means and measures. I carry on his legacy by continuing those practices with my own family and now incorporate detox supplementation from the Institute I obtained my Natural Health Coach Certification.
